Early Retirement Freedom

By Don Seibert | April 10, 2008

If you are passionate about a particular topic, you can likely earn a living from creating information products about that topic.  Whether it is something from your career, raising a family, loving pets, or a sport or hobby, if you really enjoy dealing with it, you can write a book, create a “How To” series, produce a video tutorial, or otherwise find ways to produce and to market your own information product.  You may find this to be your ticket to an early retirement.

The more unique you interest, the better the opportunity for success!  For example, information about “Dogs” may be to general to be of specific interest to many people, but if you are particularly fond of Welsh Corgi dogs, you can put together specific information on breeding, training, and enjoying a corgi dog.  That would likely be of great interest to the many thousands of corgi lovers around the world.

There are few barriers to trying out this concept and trying to start up an Internet income stream from your efforts.  You can learn the specifics of creating information products at http://www.RetireToEasyStreet.com

Whether you are already retired, just thinking about it, or would like to augment your savings for retirement, creating and marketing an information product is certainly worth a try.  You may even find it so much fun and so lucrative that you may want to explore it more and more.  Heck, you may even find that it is your path to an early retirement!

Use Teleseminars for Supplemental Retirement Income

By Don Seibert | March 27, 2008

There are several ways to create streams of Internet income or “Cash machines” that you can use for Supplemental Retirement Income.  You can create websites, write ebooks, write articles, and blogs, etc.  To be successful in your niche, though, you will have to create some information products to sell.  Of course, we show you how to conduct one or more of these online activities at http://www.RetireToEasyStreet.com

One good and easy way to create products as well as enthusiasm for your products is to do teleseminars on some subject in your niche.  As a result of preparing for, conducting , and recording your teleseminar, you end up with an information product which you can sell or give away as a bonus in your marketing activities.  This is a very low cost way to create a library of valuable products.  Don’t miss out on this opportunity!

Bob Jenkins is the most noted expert on the Internet on the subject of Teleseminars.  Bob has been a teacher all his life and now teaches people how to setup and conduct teleseminars.

Bob is hosting an 8 session workshop on Teleseminars.

Check it out at http://viralurl.com/AMAZRET/47929572

I will be taking part  in this class, so come on and join me!

Early Retirement is a State of Mind

By Don Seibert | March 24, 2008

When you hear the term “Early Retirement”, your age will pretty much dictate what comes to your mind.  If you ar in your 20’s or 30’s, retirement is an obscure and distant condition that your parents are considering or are involved in.  It surely seems not for you.  When you are in your 30’s and 40’s, you probably already know the importance of saving regularly for your eventual retirement, but there is no consideration to quitting work any time soon.  By the time you are in your 50’s and early 60’s, you are well aware of retirement and, for many, you cringe to thing how little you have saved toward that “Retirement Goal”.

We need to think outside the box a little bit and consider the question, “If you could quit working your regular job today and live happily ever after, would you really want to do that?”  For many, their career or profession is a dedication that cannot and should not be set aside.  Others are committed to a long term retirement or pension plan that will provide good rewards at some point.  For many, though, live is a drudgery of carpools, commuting, cubicles and watching the clock simply to earn a paycheck and to stay afloat.  If you are one of those, read on….

Early retirement must mean being able to quit work prior to that time when the government and our culture says we are supposed to “Retire”.  For most of us, that has come to mean 65 or 66 years of age.  Why is that?  Are we to magically become unproductive members of society on our 65th birthday?  It would seem that we are expected to quit working about that time, wouldn’t it?

The fact is that we live in a free society where we can quit working, in the traditional sense, whenever we so desire.  We just have to have our income needs covered, both now and for the future.  With the new culture created by the Internet, it is now possible to earn a significant income (perhaps much better than you now enjoy), from your home computer and without ever having to leave home to go to work.  I am not talking about quitting work, only quitting “Having to work” in the traditional sense.  Please check out my writing on this subject at http://www.RetireToEasyStreet.com/members/137.cfm You will probably enjoy this reading.

There are many avenues to go down, depending on your life and career experiences and what you are passionate about.  Chances are, you have some knowledge and expertise in an area that will provide valuable to others.  No matter what your passion, there is somebody searching the Internet on that topic virtually every day.  If you can find a way to package your information on the subject, you can likely find people on the Internet who are willing to pay for it.

For more information on leveraging your life experiences into a stream of recurring income, please go to

For An Easy Retirement Start Now

By Don Seibert | March 21, 2008

Whatever your age, the first step toward an easy retirement is the one that you take today!  Whether you are nearing the full retirement age as defined by the Government or you are in your 30’s or 40’s and saving for the future or planning an early retirement, this plan is for you.

We have come to consider the term ‘retirement’ based on what our society and government have defined for us.  The general idea is that you work and save, work and save, work and save, and then one magical day, you will be permitted to ‘retire’ and will not earn any more money for the remainder of your days.

Let’s turn the tables and decide that you want to quit having to work as soon as possible.  You probably won’t quit working as that might prove to be pretty boring and unproductive.  Image life if you did not “Have to” get up and go through the grind every day!  A life in which you are the master of your destiny and fate as well as the means to get there.  All of that is possible!

The Internet has opened the doors to you earning lots of retirement income or extra cash to accelerate your savings.  Many people have found that they can earn so much more working at home than they have been by commuting to an office and being a cubicle slave 40 hours per week and without all of the dressing up, wasting time commuting and paying for all of the expensive fuel to get there!  Why not at least consider the idea and give it a try?  If you are already retired, or will retire soon, you can use this extra cash for supplemental retirement income.

Go to www.RetireToEasyStreet.com  to learn about the many, many ways to leverage your existing knowledge for fun and profit.  You may decide to turn off the TV each night and dedicate some time to exploring the possibilities.  You can start small and without any investment (other than your time), and build a stream of Internet income.  In the beginning, it may only be a few hundred dollars each month, but you will quickly see the potential and how to catapult that meager stream into a full time income - all without leaving home!

So, give it a shot!  Go to www.RetireToEasyStreet.com now to take advantage of the opportunities that are there.
